1. What is our Meaning?

Flaw of Earth exists for the outliers, the misfits, the ones who don’t fit the mold.
We don’t just embrace our flaws—we celebrate them. Our goal is to create an identity that is hidden yet in plain sight thus our clothes aim to create subtle and explicit designs showcasing this mode.

2. What does "pre-order" mean?

Pre-order items are custom-made products that are not yet available in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item before it is produced. Pre-order items typically ship within 2-3 weeks after purchase.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Pre-Order Items: Ship within 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-3 business days after your order is processed. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange orders within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item. For pre-orders, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@flawofearth.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a refund.

10. How do I care for my garment?

Each product may have specific care instructions. We recommend following the care label inside your garment to maintain its quality. Generally, washing in cold water and air drying or using a low tumble dry setting will help preserve the integrity of the fabric and prints.
